Privacy information. This page explains how Beatrice Corsi, trading as Shira Tattoo, handles information sent through the contact and appointment-request form.

2. Data and purpose

The data you provide —name, email, project description, body placement, approximate size, city, availability and, if attached, reference images— is processed to answer your request, assess the project and manage the steps leading up to an appointment.

Do not send medical information, intimate images or other especially sensitive personal data through the form.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for answering your enquiry and taking the steps you request is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request. The privacy checkbox confirms that you have read this information; it does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.

4. Providers and recipients

The website is hosted on Netlify and the form is managed with Netlify Forms. Netlify may store submissions and uploaded files to provide the service. To manage enquiries, notifications may be sent to Shira Tattoo’s professional Gmail account. Netlify and Google may act as service providers processing data on behalf of the controller under their applicable terms and data-processing agreements.

5. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, the safeguards required by data-protection law will be used, including standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms.

6. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to answer and manage the request. Enquiries that do not become appointments will be reviewed for deletion within a maximum of 12 months, unless a legal obligation or legitimate reason requires certain information to be kept longer.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to info.shiratattoo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Cookies and technologies

The website remembers the language preference using local browser storage and makes the technical requests needed to display the site and process the form. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are added later, this information will be updated and consent will be requested before activation where required.
